In 1994, he graduated from Khmelnytsky Institute of Technology with a degree in Computers, Complexes, Systems and Networks (qualification of a system engineer) with honors and a recommendation for admission to graduate school. After graduation, he worked at the Podillya Joint-Stock Commercial Bank. In the fall of 1994, he entered the postgraduate program at the Podillya Technological University and began working as an assistant at the Department of Computer Systems and Networks of the said university. Based on the research conducted during his postgraduate studies, he wrote a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on \u201cOptimization of test vector sequences in the process of test combined diagnostics of digital microprocessor devices\u201d, which he defended in 1999 at the Specialized Academic Council of the Kyiv Institute of Automation Research and Production Corporation in the specialty 05.13.05 - \u201cElements and devices of computer technology and control systems\u201d. In 2020, he graduated with honors from the Western Ukrainian National University with a master's degree in cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has published more than 100 scientific papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
