On May 26, 2022, on the joint initiative of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center as a working body National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine<\/a> and Representations of the US Civilian Research and Development Foundation in Ukraine<\/a>, the XI meeting of the National Cybersecurity Cluster was held, which was attended by teachers of the department Yurii Klots<\/a>, Nataliia Petliak<\/a>, Victor Cheshun<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting focused on one of the most pressing issues of our time \u201cActive counteraction to disinformation and cyber threats: algorithm of communications in the international arena\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Recent events have clearly shown that the information space remains an active battlefield. The consequences of its actions lead to behavioural changes among Ukrainian citizens and far beyond its borders. The active spread of disinformation and fake news today directly impacts the country's position in the international arena, can offset diplomatic measures and create additional threats in cyberspace.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
