On March 30, 2021, a ceremony was held to launch the educational component of the USAID project \u201cCybersecurity of Ukraine's Critical Infrastructure\u201d and announce the universities that were selected for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the USAID Cybersecurity Activity project, Khmelnytsky National University received an award for participation in the USAID project \u201cCybersecurity of Ukraine's Critical Infrastructure\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USAID Cybersecurity Activity is a program that improves cybersecurity education in higher education. This is a 4-year USAID program aimed at strengthening the resilience of Ukraine's critical infrastructure to cyberattacks by establishing cooperation between the government, private sector, academia, and civil society organizations. The project is being implemented with the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each selected higher education institution will be provided access to cloud-based cyber training grounds, allowing teachers to monitor and evaluate their students' practical skills in protecting various networks from cyber threats. The experience and best practices of the project participants will be disseminated among Ukrainian higher education institutions to improve the quality of training in the speciality 125 Cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
