Yuriy Klots, Head of the Department of Cybersecurity at Khmelnytskyi National University, participated in the international event Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2026 — one of the leading platforms dedicated to issues of digital resilience, protection of critical infrastructure, and countering modern hybrid threats.

The forum brought together over 2,000 participants from 37 countries and became a large-scale platform for professional dialogue between representatives of the public sector, business, international organizations and the scientific community. Particular attention was focused on AI-native warfare strategies, cognitive security and the transformation of information operations in modern conditions.
The discussions discussed the evolution of information operations — from FIMI (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference) to Next-Generation Influence Operations. Experts emphasized that modern information campaigns are increasingly aimed not at persuasion, but at undermining institutional trust, fragmenting society, and reducing the ability to make joint decisions.
An important component of the visit was communication with international experts on the implementation of modern methods of conducting practical classes for students of the specialty "Cybersecurity and Information Protection". The received experiences and contacts will contribute to the renewal of educational components and strengthening of practical training of students at KhNU.
The forum has become not only a platform for strategic discussions, but also an effective environment for B2B and G2G interaction, partnership building, and the development of international cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
