Until April 9 inclusive you need to register for participation in an external independent assessment - the relevant database of applicants will be used to organize and conduct entrance tests in a format that will be determined later by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
Registration cards and relevant documents can be submitted by e-mail! All applicants who already have a certificate of complete general secondary education must submit documents to the Vinnytsia Regional Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education. Applicants from among the graduates of the current year (educational institutions) from the territories where active hostilities are taking place must temporarily submit documents to the designated RTSOYA located in the territories where there are no active hostilities. (Donetsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson RTSOYA processing registration cards are temporarily not issued - this work is performed instead by other RCOYAO).
