The laboratory is located in classroom 4-233 and is used to conduct the disciplines "Security of Wireless Technologies and the Internet of Things" and "Integrated Information Protection Systems". Within the framework of these disciplines, students study:
• develop and protect Internet of Things systems (based on the "smart home" system);
• detect vulnerabilities in wireless communication protocols;
• implement access control systems;
• design and maintain comprehensive information protection systems.
The laboratory is equipped with:
• a projector for demonstrating presentations, thematic videos, etc.;
• 4 workstations with Intel Core i3 laptops;
• 16 workstations with Intel Core i5 personal computers.
• 16 additional seats for students with their own gadgets.
A variety of equipment is used in laboratory work in the above disciplines:
• Xiaomi smart home system (controller, sensors, control devices);
• Cisco IP phones;
• ZKTeco access control system (controllers; electromagnetic locks; fingerprint, contactless key and smart card readers; code control panels, etc.)
