First-year students majoring in F5 "Cybersecurity and Information Protection" have successfully completed the online course "CS50: Introduction to Cybersecurity," created by Harvard University professor Dr. David Malone and adapted into Ukrainian on the Prometheus platform.
The course program covers the main areas of cybersecurity:
- protection of accounts and passwords;
- data protection;
- system and network security;
- software security;
- data confidentiality.
Course participants had the opportunity not only to systematize their knowledge, but also to learn about the best global practices in information security. The training format included interactive video lectures, tests, practical assignments, and final certification.
Based on the results, the students successfully completed the final test and received certificates confirming their acquired competencies in the field of information security. The Department of Cybersecurity sincerely congratulates the students on the successful completion of their studies and emphasizes that participation in such international programs increases the competitiveness of future specialists in the global IT technology market.
