On February 13, 2025, the Khmelnytsky Regional Universal Scientific Library organized a presentation of the book by Ukrainian writer Andriy Meronik “The Seventh Mouth: Laughter and Tears”, which was attended by students of the department and their curators.

The author told the participants of the meeting about what motivated him to write the book and why he could not give up this idea, how important it is to preserve humor and humanity even in the most difficult times.

“The Seventh Company: Laughter and Tears” is a fascinating tale from the front line that shows a sincere and colorful picture of the life of soldiers on the southern front of Ukraine. The book depicts the realities of war through the prism of personal experiences of the heroes who, despite the difficulties, continue to fight for their country. Ukraine's indomitable warriors laugh, grieve and find the strength to fight in the most unexpected moments.
The presentation was accompanied by lively discussions and questions from the participants, which allowed them to learn more about the writer's work and the book's content. The format of the online meeting brought together people from different parts of the country and abroad, creating an atmosphere of open communication.

At the meeting, the author said that he was not selling the book, but exchanging it for a donation that would be used to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine and those affected by Russian aggression.

The students and teachers of the Department of Cyber Security are sincerely grateful to the organizers and the author of the book, Andrii Meronik, for the opportunity to join the discussion of this relevant and exciting work.
