On October 3, 2024, the team of the Faculty of Information Technology of KhNU took part in training from the NGO “Protection - Association of Volunteers” dedicated to working with veterans and people with traumas, entitled “Features of work and communication with the military and veterans”.
The Department was represented at the event by the Head of the Department Yurii Klots.
The training began with an overview of veteran policies and the Institute of Case Management, presented by trainer Natalia Koshay. The second training block was a lecture on opportunities for military/veterans and their families, also by trainer Natalia Koshay. The training ended with a block on the psychological peculiarities of working with people with trauma from trainer Maryna Lukashuk.
