As part of the implementation of the inclusive education strategy, Yurii Klyots and Nataliia Petliak, lecturers at the Department of Cybersecurity, visited the Western Ukrainian National University. This initiative was an important step in deepening professional cooperation and exchanging experience in working with students with special educational needs.
During the meeting, the teachers had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the activities of the Student Support Center, which provides psychological support to students, especially those studying in an inclusive environment. Approaches to creating a safe educational space, methods of psychological support, and ways to individualize the learning process were discussed.

The next stop on the tour was the Immersive Multifunctional Hub, a modern, innovative space that opens up new horizons for learning and integrating digital technologies into the educational process. Teachers learned about the possibilities of VR technologies in creating simulations of learning situations, as well as the potential of using virtual environments to support students with disabilities.
The idea of using virtual reality as a tool for socialization and emotional development of students was of particular interest. Technology allows us to simulate real-life situations, train communication skills, and create a safe environment for learning about the world.

“Inclusion today is not only about access to knowledge, but also about creating conditions in which every student can realize their potential. And modern digital tools, such as VR, open up new avenues for this,” shared Yuriy Klyots, head of the cybersecurity department.
This experience sparked new ideas for integrating psychological support and innovative technologies into the educational process, tailored to the needs of each student.
