On March 12, the Department of Cyber Security and Computer Systems and Networks, as part of its participation in the program “Development of Educational Materials for Ukrainian Universities” with the support of CRDF Global, held a scheduled online meeting to discuss the development of the course “Protection and Monitoring of Computer Networks”.
The discussion was attended by Head of the Department Yurii Klots, Associate Professor V. Titova, course curator from Purdue University Baijian “Justin” Yang, Ph. Associate Professor, Dept: computer and Information Technology (Indiana, USA) and CRDF Global representative Olga Prykhodko.
During the discussion, the department representatives presented their developments on the planned course and the expected learning outcomes. The presentation received the approval of the curator, who noted the complexity and relevance of the upcoming course and expressed confidence that the course would be of interest to students. Also, during the meeting, the following action plans were agreed upon to develop a work program and a syllabus for their demonstration at the April workshop.
