As part of the project “Women. Peace. Security: From Local to Global,” implemented by the Ukrainian Women’s Fund with support from the Government of Canada, a roundtable discussion was held on “A Gender-Sensitive System for Identifying, Responding to, and Preventing Security Challenges in the Context of War, Pandemics, Cyber Threats, and Man-Made Disasters.”
An important component of the event was a study of cyber risks facing the women’s sector in the Khmelnytskyi region, approaches to responding to them, and preventing potential threats, which was conducted by the Department of Cybersecurity at Khmelnytskyi National University.
The following individuals participated in the roundtable discussion:
🔹 Yuriy Klots — Chair of the Department;
🔹 Nataliia Petliak — Associate Professor in the Department, Director of the Cybersecurity Research and Education Center;
🔹 Vira Titova — Associate Professor in the Department;

We thank the organizers for the opportunity to participate in this important dialogue and to work together to strengthen the security, resilience, and capacity of communities to address today’s challenges.
