From February 13 to 18, 2021, the II (regional) stage of the All-Ukrainian competition for the defense of research works of students and members of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was held in the city of Khmelnytskyi. Traditionally, this intellectual competition took place under the auspices of the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, the organizer and coordinator of the event is the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Scientific and Technical Creativity of Students. For the first time in its entire history, the defense contest was held online.
On February 17-18, 2021, in the classrooms of the Khmelnytskyi Humanities and Pedagogical Academy, the defense of students-scientists of the Department of Computer Sciences was held. The head of the Cybersecurity section jury was Yu.P. Klets, head of the department.
New rules, new conditions, new experience - this is what the regional stage of the competition offered to its participants this year. On the first day, the contestants passed a poster defense, and the next day there was a conference at which the participants presented the results of their work to each other and showed interest and curiosity about the projects of their colleagues. It was the conference that made it possible to ask other contestants about the details of their scientific results.
